We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days, delivery time will depend on the option you choose.
UK delivery options:
- Free Delivery for orders over £75
- Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day. Tracked and insured - £7.95
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery - Usually arrives in 1-3 days. Not tracked or insured - £4.85
- Both these services require a signature on delivery.

- Made to order items - if we need to order an item from one of our suppliers you will be notified of the delivery time by email.
We want you to be happy with your jewellery so if you need to return a full or partial order, send us an email at email@example.com or phone us at the shop on 0113 2470085 and answer any questions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 28 days. You must inform us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are unable to refund the cost of the original delivery, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if you received FREE delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us, you may wish to send your return via Royal Mail Signed For which requires a signature on receipt but is not tracked and doesn't allow you to claim for jewellery but does allow you to claim for other items up to £50 in the event of loss or damage, if you would like full insurance of your returned item up to £500 you may wish to use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Once your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds take between 10-15 working days to be processed. After such time if you have not received the refund contact your bank to check the status of the delay. If this does not resolve your query please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged we can exchange it for the same item after arranging a return with you, send us an email at email@example.com, we'll get back to you with return instructions.
POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM ARGENT CONTEMPORARY JEWELLERY IN LEEDS
If you change your mind about your purchase from our store we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days. This will not affect your statutory rights.
